Introduction The Ayurvedic Vitality Therapist applies Inner Touch (Marma therapy), Massage (Abhyangam), gives valuable feedback about (im)balances caused by emotions and advises about lifestyle and diet. The Ayurvedic Vitality Therapist assists clients in tuning and strengthening their free flowing Prana (Sanskrit) or Chi (Chinese). This Prana or Chi consists of Kinetic, Electromagnetic and Gravitational field or in Biophysics collectively known as Biophotonic energy field.
Inner Touch has its origin in one of the most ancient healing arts called Ayurveda. Ayurveda which literally translates to "knowledge of life" was considered primarily a system of health education and secondarily a system of therapeutic practice with eight different branches.
Points of Inner tuning or Marmas
Our body that is governed by the Earth's Gravitational forcefield is operated by Electromagnetism and Kinetic energy. This Biophotonic energy flows through and around our body. It also constitutes of subtle information impulses that are transported by Kinetic energy (movement) through a complex network of (light) channels. In Sanskrit this energy flow is called Prana and in Chinese Chi or Qi. The complex network of light channels that pervade our entire mind-body system is called Nadi (Sanskrit) or meridians in the Chinese healing arts. Inner Touch is a practice that tunes mind and body through the subtle interaction with 108 points of inner tuning. These points are interconnected through mentioned light channels and intimately connect with the (neuro)endocrine, neurological, skeletal, muscular, organic, arterial and psycho-emotional functions. These 108 points emit and receive the Biophotonic energy that is simultaneously transported throughout our entire body to regulate various system functions (nervous, digestive, metabolic and immune). The information that is transported to-and-from different parts of our mind-body system maintains a dynamic equilibrium. In medical terminology this is called the homeostatic process. This process that is responsible for maintaining mentioned dynamic equilibrium can be observed on psychological and physiological level in the interaction between emotions, in the hormonal interaction and in the interaction between nerve centers. The dynamic processes that are influenced by the 108 points for inner tuning, the channels and fields of energy integrate mind and body to form a dynamic Whole.
The capacity of one’s Biophotonic field and the amount of integration of different physic-psycho-emotional functions determines a person's balance and vitality. It expresses a person's psychological and physical strength and health. Here one can look at integration as being related to the synchronization between the left and right sides of the body, right and left hemispheres of the brain, the emotional and rational aspects of our psyche and so on.
Development of disease The development of disease starts when the free flow of Electromagnetic and Kinetic energy is blocked. This blocking of energy or dynamism of mind and body is an expression of a disruption of the hormonal balance and thus of blocked emotions. Where do they get blocked? In different organ systems and neurological centers. This can be monitored through the diagnosis of the Radial Pulse and the 108 points for inner tuning.
Treatment Ayurvedic Vitality therapists have learned to diagnose where the flow of energy is blocked and apply Inner Touch treatment to restore the flow of this energy. By touching the 108 points for inner tuning one-by-one s/he can actively contribute in restoring the flow of energy and strengthen the vital capacity to balance mind and body.
It seems a strange idea to be able to work with something that you cannot see or feel, but it is very real to those persons that have developed the sensitivity to observe and diagnose this other dimension within our personal experience. Inner Touch can be integrated with all forms of natural healing. We create an educational environment wherein Learners (professionals and non-professionals alike) can learn to apply Inner Touch.
